Account Manager/Principal - Mike Hallaron holds a BA degree from Texas A&M University and a MA from University of Houston at Clear Lake. He has worked in marketing and sales since 1986. He started MH1 Web Design in 2003. The company added hosting services in 2006. Hallaron manages most web design projects and works directly with clients. MH1 Web Design is a subsidiary of Hallaron Advertising - an advertising agency in The Woodlands, Texas.

Creative Director - Ken Walton has worked in graphic design, digital media, video production, and web development since 1994. A US Navy veteran, Walton manages design projects including video, digital/web, and print.

Zach owns Head Up Media and partners with MH1 Web Design to raise the organic (free) rankings of client websites among the search engines. He develops keyword and linking strategies to improve website search results. Analyzes and reports on results of SEO campaigns.
